“We had a wonderful stay at the property. Taylor was so accommodating. The living arraignments are perfect and top of the line. We could ski off and on the south peak mountain. Perfect for any family!”

“I loved our stay here. We came to an exceptionally clean house. No complaints other than the toilet in the basement. Whether it was #1 or #2 it got clogged. Every time we used the bathroom we had to use the plunger right after. Very stressful lol. Other than that everything was great. ”

“Overall quite good, but three improvements needed.1. Shower pressure very minimal, a new shower head needed.2. Key lock very difficult to use. A new lock is needed.3. I had to pay a local to clear the snow off the walkway and parking area. After receiving 6 inches of snow, the chalet was not adequately cleared of the snow.”

“We so enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home with wonderful beds and so many nice features. The property management company was very responsive whenever we had questions and when we had an issue with the home, which they resolved as quickly as they were able. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“We had a fantastic stay at the Loon Chalet. We went up for a long weekend with several families - plenty of room! Great space downstairs for our kids. The location can't be beat, just steps away from the lift at Loon. Easy ski on ski off. There is also a shuttle that will take you back and forth to the different Loon lodges/peaks. Very convenient. What sets this house apart is the customer service provided by Patrick and his team. Always responsive, gracious, and helpful. Looking forward to……

“Our family was looking around at possibly making a weekend out of a trip to Polly's. I didn't expect to find anything that met our needs within our excursion budget when we came across this condo. It was perfect on paper, and delivered in person. The house was spotless as we walked in, and every room had all the amenities needed for our stay. The back deck was amazing, and the kitchen had all the tools needed for us to cook. The town is adorable, with fun shops and places to eat. We'll be……

“The chalet was nice and clean when we arrived. Thanks!The coffee maker sucks. It needs to be de-scaled badly or replaced as it will not heat water anymore. This chalet should absolutely have a pour-over alternative to K-cups - a carafe and some coffee filters. C'mon, good coffee is a basic necessity.The unit is also missing some expected staples, like sugar for crissakes and vinegar. There was foil but no plastic wrap. You ought to have a checklist. You seem to do well with the cleaning……

“our second time staying here. We love the space and mature surrounding. Id most likely stay again due to the natural beauty that surrounds and the was access to the area. We loved the fireplace and house layout. One bathroom becomes an issue at times. The TV (although we didn't watch much, we wanted to watch a game at night is located upstairs in a strange location so we moved it down the the proper space. The furniture is really gross and old.
