“The property used to be an office, located just off a major road, so not a charming cottage, but it had everything we needed. The remodel was well done, the appliances are new and nice, the main bedroom where we stayed had a really comfy king-sized bed, excellent black-out shade, and nice clean sheets. Even the towels were luxurious. Good A/C and fans. Best of all, we slept like babies!”

“A private, beautifully appointed place on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. Access to both South Bar Lake and Lake Michigan was very convenient. “Lake front and totally private; we fell asleep to the waves. The location is what makes this property incredible. We spent almost all of our time outside and enjoyed it thoroughly, including plenty of boats, chairs, and sand tots provided by the owner. There is a weirdly heavy infestation of fruit flies throughout the house that was unpleasant, some of the linens weren’t clean, and a few lights didn’t work. Peter was a responsive and gracious host!”
