Discover this terrific gem in Frankfort. Welcome to our cozy 3-bedroom, 1-bath retreat. Entire upper level(1,300 sq ft) is perfect for families or small groups, nestled on a serene 10-acre lot. Inside, enjoy a well-appointed living area, fully equipped kitchen, and three inviting bedrooms. Note that a cat has lived here, which may affect those with allergies and residents live on the bottom level(spaces are completely separate and private). A perfect getaway close to everything!!
