“We had a lovely stay at this property. The house was extremely clean, which made settling in feel effortless and comfortable. It's tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, which gave us a peaceful retreat--no traffic noise, just calm surroundings and a great sense of privacy. A couple of things to note: the water pressure in the master was quite low. Also if you're planning to cook, be aware that the kitchen is light on cookware, especially pans-so you might want to bring a few extras……

“The stay was great! The Konza Prairie Hike was beautiful! Love Mankato! Plenty of good restaurants close by. The home was nice, just as advertised. I would say that the only negative was that I wrote a nice “Thank You” note for the owners, which never garnered even the slightest acknowledgment. We listed a couple of small items that needed repair (certainly did not detract from the stay) - no reply. Other than that, a terrific stay! I’d rate the overall experience 4/5.”

“Ana the owner was extremely responsive and attended to our every need. We had a great stay and it was perfect for our family. It is an adorable house with lots of space for everyone to spread out. We loved having tons of extra towels and a darling sun porch to sit out and look at the beautiful backyard and enjoy the weather. Location was awesome. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.”

“My husband and I wanted a cozy little get away for our anniversary & the lil school house was so perfect!!! It’s a nice rural setting and very well taken care of and remodeled so cute!!! I am so happy they had ceiling fans- that is one of my must haves anywhere we stay!!! We had everything we needed and excellent communication with our hosts!! It’s about 20 minutes into Manhattan and Tuttle Creek which was great since we brought our kayak!! It was the perfect stay!! ”
