Nice location to Messe Frankfurt. Cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. Rubbish bin has not been cleared ….

I only give 3 because I have had issues with them during Covid and during their opening in September 2021. Yet gave many chances but nothing of this hotel came out good.
I have had a very disturbing and unpolite discussion with the former manager..
Just because I complained in a very detailed review on google and luckily the temporary “manager” saw it and called for explanation, “luckily” he gave us an upgrade that’s why I’m writing this review.
Thanks to this, latest stay was fairly good. Ps : stayed there 4 times for my birthday… quite an adventure.

There are some aspects that I just couldn't stand:
1 - during my stay I spent one of the afternoons in the hotel resting, during the afternoon they came in 2 times to ask me if I wanted room service.
It makes me think that the other afternoons I was not there it is normal to enter guest rooms for no reason.
2 - on the check-in information they write that you have to present the credit card used to make the purchase, omitting that you have to pay 50€ deposit per night compulsorily with it. (Cash not accepted).
Why not write that down?
Anyway, it's been more than 24 hours since I checked out and I still haven't been reimbursed.
I don't understand where the problem is and why they have to freeze funds for me.
Despite this the hotel staff was very kind. The administrative part could be clearer on these issues.
