Fantastic employees, spacious rooms, easy transportation to and from the airport. Easy 5 minute walk to a grocery store. Wish they had small fridges in the rooms. Highly recommend this quiet place to stay!

Before departure, I made enquiries about the meeting point and times for the shuttle and received information from the hotel same day. This hotel suited me fine as I had a short stopover in Frankfurt. Room was clean and functional. Complimentary transfers were a bonus. The driver was punctual and helpful when I sought directions of the location of the hotel (about 2-3 minutes walk) as the bus pulls in, in front of a parking station and the hotel is not in sight. Return transfer is from the same spot as drop off. I was unaware that there is a city tax, payable upon check in. It would have helped if the hotel accepted cash. I did not use the hotel’s dining facilities.

As an english-speaking traveler navigating the Frankfurt airport, I had trouble finding the shuttle bus parking for the hotel. Frankfurt airport has 3 levels and I went up and down escalators, walking back and forth looking for the shuttle bus. I asked airport personnel 3 times for the shuttle bus location and the first two times, I was given the wrong location. I think it would be helpful to provide a map address for it. The hotel is very near the airport, which is a pro. However, passengers are all let out in front of the garage area instead of in front of the hotel lobby. It turns out the hotel has a huge park and ride facility that caters to guests who have their vehicles parked in the facility and not necessarily staying at the hotel. A con is we, the guests who are spending a night in a hotel room, all had to walk with our luggage to the lobby area, and carry our luggage up a few flights of stairs to be able to check in. The hotel sent a link for me to pre-checkin. I filled up the forms thinking it would mean i can skip the checkin line. I still had to line up to checkin and now think the pre-checkin didn’t do anything to expedite the checkin process. The room, bed, bathroom were all clean and the room was quiet. I had a very comfortable night’s sleep and I’d say in spite of all the cons, it was a good idea to spend the night there instead of at the airport on a 13-hr layover.

This hotel was clean and new looking. However, the mattresses were very hard (not comfortable for me). The shuttle was convenient, but it lets you off a block from the hotel entrance, so keep in mind you'll have to walk. I don't know why they don't drive hotel people up to the front door! The towels are scratchy, but that is normal in Germany. Still, they could do better. The breakfast is the best part of the hotel, with excellent choices and a great buffet of fresh food.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist perfekt für Übernachten und Parken vor einer Reise. Der Transfershuttle zum Flughafen war gut organisiert, pünktlich und schnell, parkt aber am Flughafen etwas weiter als erwartet (ca. 10 min zu Fuß mit Gepäck). Zurück haben wir lieber ein Taxi genommen (20 €). Und noch eine Info, die wir uns gewünscht hätten: Nachts keine offenen e-Ladestationen in der Nähe.

Friendly staff, but inconvenient. It took me 45 minutes to find the shuttle stop from the airport... I called the front desk numerous times but no answer. Finally called the parking garage company and they helped me. The shuttle stop is in front of a hospital and is about 10 minutes from the main terminal. The shuttle drops you off in front of a very large parking garage, which is about 5 minutes walk to the hotel. Everybody's friendly, but the hotel check-in was swamped with guests. It took me 20 minutes to check in. I heard they do hotel stays for Lufthansa passengers with flight cancellations. It's a great option if you're leaving your car in the parking garage next door, but otherwise budget in all the extra time for walking to/from the shuttle stops.
