Franklin has 2 breweries in historic downtown to enjoy along with restaurants and food trucks and the little Tennessee River Greenway. This home is ideal for large groups. The main floor boasts 3 bedrooms, the large great room with a cozy electric fireplace and breathtaking views and the kitchen/dining area. The lower level has an additional 3 bedrooms, another large living area and a second kitchenette. Finally there is a 3rd floor loft with its own full bath. A great place for families to come together and enjoy the mountains while still having individual space. The main floor patio includes chairs and a table to relax, but also an outdoor solo stove bonfire pit. On the lower level, there is also a larger more classic second fire pit as well.
Newly added DirectTV with 4 TVs in the home. There are 2 TVs in the bedrooms and 1 large flat screen TV in each of the upstairs and downstairs living rooms, both of which have plenty of seating and are perfect for watching TV together. Cell phone service is very good at the house. Mobile (cell phone) hot spots also work well.
Pets must pay a pet fee. Property has cameras and if pet is found that has not been approved and paid for you will be asked to leave the property and $1000 charge will be added.
