Unwind in Franklin at this delightful house. With 3 cozy bedrooms including 2 full beds and 2 twin beds, guests can enjoy a soothing stay. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials, including a hairdryer and a refreshing shower. Feel at home with amenities like WiFi, AC, heating, an iron, and more. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.

The property is within three miles of Two Mile Run County Park. Two Mile Run County Park is perfect for mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, fishing, and swimming. Oil Creek State Park is within 25 minutes which is full of hiking trails. There are three golf courses within 5 minutes. The property is centrally located between Franklin, Oil City, and Titusville. All three towns offer an array of activities, brewery, shopping, coffee shops, and dining.

The home has a large deck and fire pit.
