“We had requested a first floor room due to my wife's disability, but they had no record of the request. To make matters worse, they had no elevator. When we got in the room there was a glue trap visible in the room, the TV remote did not work, the room had no chairs and no desk or work table. While there, our key cards quit working and were told sorry, but that is out of our control, its a timer, but they gave us new cards that worked.”

“Amazing property, cannot say enough about how incredible. My husband said the place lowered his blood pressure. Everything about the stay was excellent - location, cleanliness, description, extras in the home. They even left us some local banana nut bread and a few bottles of wine.
