“This was our 8th year on Beech Hill Pond and by far our favorite rental. The outdoor areas are astounding! The expansive deck, dock and sandy beach offer something for everyone. The floating dock was amazing and the neighbors even let the kids use their slide. While not too large, the cabin has everything you need: two bedrooms and a loft, plus open concept living. The kitchen was well equipped for any chef and we made dinner in several times! Door seafood is so close, we had lobsters by the……

House was as advertised; maintenance and operating features fine; booking and check-in process smooth. A perfect venue for an extended family reunion. “Quiet and Secluded. We had a great time sitting around the fire, great memories, very clean, The kids had a great time. The top bunk mattress was fine for my 8 year old but would have been a bit stiff for me. My older son slept on the futon he loved it. Plenty of towels, The water heater is a small one but we could each get nice hot showers if we waited a bit between. It would reheat quickly for the next shower. ”

“It’s name says it all. A perfectly sized, literal “bed room” in the middle of the woods. The fire pit had wood all ready for me to use. If you were to come in the winter, the tiny home has a wood stove to use as well.”

“This was a terrific stay and the host Ashley was fantastic! She responded quickly to my questions and was helpful with a couple of minor issues that came up. Quick to help solve the issues. She kept in great communication with the check in and check out and getting the indoor fireplace working. The property is stunning and so much fun to have those memories of our trip to Maine.
