“The check-in was seamless. We were late getting in, but the light was on and there were clear instructions on what to do. The kitchen was fully equipped-a Keurig and some K cups, a drip coffee maker with a grinder too. Plenty of paper towels, dish towels, cleaning products,etc. The condo was spotless. The art and decor were pleasing. Great patio area, boardwalk to the beach, beach chairs, towels!Brenda was friendly and responsive and if we had needed anything I’m sure she would have been……

“Excellent property and amazing host. Couldn't ask for a more convenient walk to the beach...just 2 blocks away. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. This unit was perfect for our family of four. Abby is a VERY responsive host. I reached out about a few minor things, and she was more than willing to come and rectify immediately if needed. If we come back to Jacksonville, I would love to stay at this property again. ”

“While the actual apartment is clean and didn't have any odors, the location is not in a spot that I felt safe to stay. We left with in 10 minutes of arrival and found other accomodations, as I did not feel safe leaving my car overnight. Walking into the building the initial smell was marijuana and mold. I messaged the renter and VRBO of my concerns and just lost my money, but it was better that than losing anything else. ”

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars. The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a second,” they kept knocking. When I opened the door, the person said something I couldn’t catch and left. Later, I called to request extra towels — it took two calls, and when they finally arrived, the staff knocked just as rudely again. Still, thanks to the great front desk service and clean room, it was a mostly good experience."
