“This condo is perfect for vacationers. Nautical decor and accessories and plenty of cooking supplies and games, towels, 3 bathrooms, 3 TV's, and more. And there is intercoastal pier for fishing and a good size pool for sunning and swimming. We love it and wish we could rent it for longer.”

“All good close to Mayo. Only things to complain about are two that I don't know if there is anything could be done about. 1st. Upstairs was noisy, hard for my wife to relax in afternoon. 2nd I believe someone was smoking marijuana near air handlers, cause smell would come into unit.”

“Me, my best friend and my fur baby were there for a concert. The apartment was awesome! Very safe area in a gated community. Wonderful furnishings. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. I do have a couple suggestions, the kitchen needs baking pans, more teaspoons, and maybe wine glasses. Overall, I look forward to booking again and would highly recommend this apartment!”

“This is an awesome little apartment and was perfect for my solo trip to Jax Beach. The apartment was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. The location couldn't have been better, and I felt very safe. It's a quick walk to the beach and right by Neptune Beach with lots of great restaurants and shops. I wish I could have stayed longer and next time, I will definitely bring a bike! There is so much to explore. ”

“I stayed here while I was a patient Mayo Clinic and I was very happy with my accommodations. The apt. is tiny but has everything you need. Easy walk to the beach and eats. Easy drive to the clinic. When I had an issue the host quickly fixed the problem. I would stay again.”

“This place was very quaint. Our room was a bit small, the picture made the room look bigger than it was, The beach was a bit further than i thought because i miss read and thought we were on ocean front but at least we only had to cross the road, no counter space, and missing things that you find at any hotel but other than that , it had more postive than the negative. The room was super clean, quiet , and peaceful. The owners were very responsive, instructions clear to follow and above all……
