“The most important part of the property is that it had the look and feel of a cabin, starting with wood floors that were obviously authentic and very old. So we got the atmosphere we hoped for. The next best part was the kitchen -- plenty large enough to allow multiple people to be cooking, talking, and drinking coffee or wine together. “My wife and I stayed at this property to enjoy some down time after a weekend-long work engagement in Colorado Springs. It is a nice, quiet property in a beautiful valley, clean, with everything in working order.Communication with the owners was easy and promptly answered. Directions to the property were accurate and easy to follow. Plenty of room for four people with the two king beds.Room for improvement - maybe we missed it, but we should have brought slippers as the owners request no shoes……

“We needed a weekend getaway without having to drive or fly hours and this was exactly right!”

“It was wonderful! The beds were awesome (so soft they swallow you) Even the pull out couch was comfortable.. super clean and close to everything. It was very peaceful. The diner next door has good food too!”

“It was an interesting place but I feel like it was priced to steep for what it was vs some of the other places we stayed while out here. This was the least enjoyable of the three vrbos we rented in the colo springs area. After a long drive we expected to find a cute place to sleep and instead were attacked by no less than 75 moths as soon as we turned on the the lights. We then spent the next hour chasing them out or swatting them with the swatter. When we left we found moths in our bags for the……
