“We were in town for a family reunion on Fish Hook Lake, so the location was great! HWY 71 was a little loud in the evening as we were trying to get to bed with the windows open, but we managed. “The house is extremely comfortable, with good-sized bedrooms, comfortable seating, and a well-stocked kitchen. The hosts are friendly and very responsive. The house is located in a wooded area close to Itasca State Park and Park Rapids -- a wonderful location. The only suggestion our group has was that the hosts remove the plug-in fragrances throughout the house before guests arrive since some people have fragrance sensitivities (we unplugged them and that took care of the issue). Owner has the home very well appointed with all the necessities, appliances and kitchen equipment you may need.
