“We loved this little house on the lake while we were in the Detroits Lakes area hiking in 3 of the MN State Parks. The size and location of the house was perfect for us, and the furnishings were warm and inviting. From chilled bottled water in the refrigerator, to a sweet hadwritten note from the owners with the gift of a grilling mat, we felt like we were cared for as "family". Being able to walk out the backdoor down to the dock in the early morning with a cup of coffee and watch sunrise……

“A great cabin on the lake; a really nice spot for many things - fishing, bird watching, leaf peeping. It is a bit of a steep walk down to the lake with steps, but worth it. Tons of great things to do in the area - state parks, shopping, restaurants, access to many lakes in the area etc... The cabin is set up very nicely with everything you would expect for cooking (except no grill), hanging out, and sleeping. It is very cute and comfortable. They are pet-friendly, which is nice to find, but it……
