The first room we were given had a very unpleasant odor. Additionally, our keycard malfunctioned six times over the course of just two days, which was quite inconvenient. The hot water dispenser also doesn't work unless there's water in the coffee machine, which means you can't get any hot water for tea or other needs—this seems like a design flaw, as the hot water dispenser should have its own dedicated supply. The lighting in Room 146 is also too dim, and the window appears to be broken. As mentioned earlier, the smell in the room was particularly bad and made the stay uncomfortable.
