From the first contact with the host; they made us feel comfortable and welcomed. We had no issues at all during our stay. The house was very clean and there were towels for the hot tub, plenty of towels for the bathroom too. The kitchen was well stocked for a rental with all kinds of dishes, bowls, pots, pans, etc. There is a Keurig with a full carousel of K-cups to choose from. A filtered water container in the kitchen for everyone to use. I really can’t say enough good things about this place; we will definitely stay again!

Our stay at this fabulous VRBO was nothing short of amazing! Marissa, our wonderful hostess, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, leaving us farm-fresh eggs (so delicious!) and a lovely bottle of wine. The house itself had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing weekend—great games, a hot tub, and even an old-school massage chair that we all loved. Everything was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect home base for me and my three sisters, and we will absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

Everything is pretty much exactly as listed, my friends and I had the best time! Check in was smooth, if we needed anything I knew who to reach out to (even though we didn’t need anything) and it was in a great location. Would definitely rent again!

Cute house, everything you would need for a stay. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Cold AC. Large yard. We had an automotive event in town, and this was perfect for us guys. The house management left us a dozen fresh eggs, and several snacks. Very good communication, no issues. We would stay there again.

My husband, son, and I spent a few days in Fredericksburg and enjoyed our trip. We found the house to be a great place to relax, play board games (some we brought and some in the house), and spend time outside (including playing with some of the outdoor games available and using the hot tub). The house was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. Everything was clearly labeled. A very pleasant stay.

We were there celebrating my husband's birthday. Our host made it special by bringing over a birthday cake for him. The location was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house is old and worn. Couch is at least 10 -15 years old and you sink to the bottom. Hot tub and back patio pathetic as I had to move two cinder blocks off the cover to use. The house next door has 1gal jugs all over the place. Lastly the master bed is old and has no support. The host has tried the make the best of what she has but there she needs to update the furnishing.

My daughter and I enjoyed the house. It had everything you needed. Loved the eggs and snacks that she had waiting for us. The location of the home was perfect for wanting to go to all the shops and restaurants.
