The room I stayed in needs some updating. Offering free breakfast and coffee was very nice. Lots of flys. Killed at least 3 that got in the room and no I didn’t keep the door open. If I was there longer it was a lovely place.

We actually went to Fredericksburg specifically to stay at Fredericksburg Inn & Suites. This time compared to our times before of staying at this hotel was much different. One of the Hotel attendance was very rude to us. Her name was Renee. I just asked her if I could get some more towels, and her response was very rude and very sharp. I did get the towels, but I also got her rudeness and sharpness. I was going to let her know that the faucet in our room was leaking and that the toilet seat was broken. The leaky faucet got all of our stuff, wet that we had on the counter by the sink. The broken toilet seat almost caused me to end up in the bathtub. If she hadn’t been so rude, I would’ve been able to tell her at that time and we wouldn’t have had to keep dealing with those issues in our room. I just didn’t want to add anything else to her day because she wasn’t able to handle what was already happening apparently. I didn’t wanna put myself in the position of her being more rude than she already was to me. I’m really gonna have to think hard before I book another stay at this hotel because of how she treated us. We actually paid more for this state than we did in the past and the treatment was brutal compared to the other times. The other times were actually excellent. That’s one reason we wanted to come back. We thought we had picked a great place to celebrate my 65th and my husband’s 68th birthdays. We made the best of it, but it could’ve been better Donna & Buddy Crandall

Very noisy the pools were small and taken over by a family with their own music and cooler who stayed there all day and night. You couldn't enjoy the pool and they were dirty. Then the next morning we were gonna swim but the pool was closed and being tarred we paid extra to stay pool side wasn't worth it I'm sure the breakfast was nice but it was a small dining area and outside seating in the heat. The lighting in the room didn't work well bulbs were out and the shower water pressure was terrible. The washer and dryer didn't work properly and the staff just said oh well no repair people available. I'll stay elsewhere next time

For an old property it’s okay. The toilet was so close to the wall that you are sitting on the toilet paper holder. Which was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that they have done a good job of keeping the grounds.

Fredericksburg Inn and suites was very pleasant and quiet. My room was clean, although there was heavy calcium buildup in the shower. Having a separate living room and bedroom was nice as well. I would recommend this place to other staying in Fredericksburg.

Our stay here was wonderful. The room was nice, the beds comfortable the hotel grounds are lovely with many places to sit and enjoy a nice setting. Breakfast was great and last, but not least all of the staff we encountered were helpful positive enthusiastic and friendly.
