With quaint decor and a spacious layout, each guest will be able to get comfortable in no time. Before heading out for a day of hiking, make a fresh pot of coffee and sit in the covered back porch as the sun comes up. There will be no need to worry about heading out for dinner each night, as the fully equipped Kitchenette has everything needed to whip up meals with ease. Not to mention, the free WiFi will allow for sharing favorite memories on social media or researching local attractions. Don't forget to bring the dog along as well!
This home is out in the Texas Hill Country with plenty of views and a gorgeous skyline you will never forget. Ingram Lake, a small, yet fun lake is a short three-mile drive away. It is close to two must-visit wineries Kerrville Hills in Kerrville and Lost Maples Winery and you can even go on a winery tour to visit them! However, if you'd really like to visit more than those two, you could head over to Fredericksburg (40 mi.) and book a tour to its more than 50 wineries! Or float down the Guadalupe River, the perfect way to cool off on hot summer days.

Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels around the world. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally a decorative top sheet. Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the amount of beds available.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
