The food in the restaurant was very good. Wifi was very spotty. At the front desk lots of networks to pick from but the closer we got to our room the less networks there was for the hotel. The gentleman at front seat told me he never had a problem with it. Our room was one of the furthest from front desk. What few networks that were available from our room were very weak and spotty.

The price was relatively cheaper than other hotels for the weekend I stayed. The place is huge. While the bedrooms were semi redone, the bathroom was old. The plug in the tub was broken. The Keurig in the room was broken. There were people partying in the hall way outside my door until 1030 or so. The room was clean, had a tv and fridge which was nice. Over all, it was

I had to book a room in Fredericton at the last minute for a stay that night and prices across the city were ridiculous. This hotel had a room at a more reasonable rate so I took it. It was a drive up room, so parking was convenient and parts of the room had been updated but it was still very much a work in progress. The exterior door to the parking area did not have a deadbolt and did not shut tight fully and the interior door to the hall way did not have a security latch, so if someone was mistakenly given a key to my room, they could have walked right in. I ended up putting a chair in front of that door so that I could hear if someone was coming in. There was little sound insulation in the door, so everything in the hallway sounded like it was in my room and there was a big hockey game and there must have been a few viewing parties because I could hear whenever a goal was scored. The air conditioner was still wrapped for the winter, so I couldn’t turn it on. Being that my check-out day was Saturday and I had a long week, I told myself that I would sleep in and have a leisurely morning, but housekeeping knocked on my door before 9 and asked how soon I was leaving. I took that to mean the sooner the better, so I just packed quickly and left. I assume they were short staffed in housekeeping and they were trying to get all of the rooms cleaned. Maybe I was just there on the wrong night. It is convenient as you can walk through the parking lot to the mall.
