“10 av 10 för barnfamiljer, väldigt imponerande. Städningen var dock under all kritik. Dom glömde städa vårt rum fast vi bad om det och det var mycket damm under sängarna. Lekrum för barnen, pingis och shuffleboard. Helt suvärent så skulle städningen sitta så är detta toppklass rakt igenom sen.”

“There is a LOT of construction going on around the property, BUT, we honestly couldn’t hear any of it from our room, and we even had the window open. Now we did come during MidSommar so I know things shut down early but there were ear plugs in our soon so if you had an issue with it you could wear those. The breakfast was hands down the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel in my life. I would definitely go back here, even with construction, just for the food. The room was neat and clean……

“wonderful location of the hotel. breakfast was fine. The position of the air-conditioner in the penthouse is right above the head on the left and somehow it had some strange noise. Had to sleep with the air-con off for several nights. Fortunately it was not too hot. Knew the room was fairly small when booking, not complaining, just left the luggage on the plank in the toilet and covered it with a raincoat bought from a museum . Problem solved. Couldn't leave it on the floor due to knee problems.……

“Allt var väldigt bra.. Jag har bara en sak att klaga på och det är parkeringsmöjligheter, det finns väldigt få parkeringsplatser, med tanke på att det är ett rätt stort hotell. Annars var allt bra, ett väldigt fint hotell med ett toppenläge.”

“Beautiful, spotlessly clean & super comfy hotel not far at all from Stockholm centre. Situated in a very quiet area, opposite a lovely, large park. Breakfast is good, staff all seemed friendly & we had no issues whatsoever. TV with your name on is a nice touch, although only Sky news in English, so thank goodness for YouTube (we were often out anyway). Nice idea with the bathrobe & slippers & other small touches - they really had thought of everything you may need. Only three minor things we can……

“服务态度很差，在旅客入住时并没有提醒过：你住的房间如果不在前一天说明要打扫卫生的话，第二天是没有人会给你打扫房间卫生的。理由是保护环境。我花钱买了你的服务，你用一张纸片放在房卡里就自行免除了服务。我并没有同意，只是被告知。找前台理论，态度非常恶劣。向这样的旅馆我绝对不会再去住了！”
