Cozy Ranch House @ Grand Canyon

Super cozy, cute & completely remodeled little rancher house. This house was built by a family member years ago. He was a cattle rancher. There are 2 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. The living room has a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. There is a sitting area in the front porch. TV, wifi and a DVD player stocked with DVDs. Coffee hutch with a Keurig and hot chocolate. Yard & picket fench this summer. This home is perfect for a couple and will also fit a family
The space
There are 2 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. First room has a queen bed. Second room has a full and twin bunkbed. The living room has a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress available. There is a sitting area in the front porch. There is TV, wifi and a DVD player stocked with DVDs. Coffee hutch with a Keurig and hot chocolate. Yard will be finished & picket fench to come this spring!

Clean, modern, convenient!

We stayed here for 2 nights so we could go to Antelope Canyon. The place was spotless with nice decor. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the tools we needed to prepare some simple meals. Erika provided all the information we needed. The main bedroom faces the street and we could hear cars going by but it did not bother us. Highly recommend this place!
