“This was a great place to stay. Very secure building and parking. Lovely area around the lagoon for walks or a swim; plenty of restaurants and cafes. The managers went out of their way to assist with any enquires. We were delighted with the welcome gift of wine, chocolate, dip and biscuits. Large balcony at the front of the apartment was a fantastic spot to watch the world go by and enjoy an afternoon drink and nibbles. One concern which was raised with the manager is that our apartment didn’t……

“Stay for 7 days, the view was perfect, but the house keeping was not good, cockroach can be seen everywhere. There was no clean up at all. Just refill only.”

“I have put in a complaint as owner never contacted us (despite many attempts by myself to contact them also) to advise on access to property so we had to do a last minute booking elsewhere. Annoyed at response by phone consultant to 'go to the property and if we couldn't get in they'd help then by arranging alternative accomodation'. Not helpful when we were arriving at 1am.....”
