“I booked last minute with Dan and I’m so glad I did! The cottage was very cute and perfect for me and my friends. It was just a short walk to the beautiful downtown as well as beach. Dan was also extremely responsive which was also awesome. I will definitely be back!!”

“This is an adorable little cottage located adjacent to the owner's property in a very nice neighborhood that is only 6 blocks from the beach. It is very roomy inside - absolutely perfect for the two of us! The cottage is pristine and well-appointed. Oversized beach towels, terry robes and slipper socks were a very nice touch. The host is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely book this property if we travel to the area again.”

“I had the most relaxing time I could ever ask for! Perfect location, perfect view! For the first time in a year I unplugged and just listened to the ocean. Was a much needed week! Thank you so much for sharing your home. ”

“Great communication, smooth check in. Nice location a little away from beach & boardwalk, but still very walkable. Groceries & beer/ wine/ spirits also very convenient.As stated in the listing, the deck is shared, and this cottage has only one entrance onto the deck, so if privacy is priority, you might want to look elsewhere. We had a great time chatting with the neighbors & the deck itself is plenty big & lovely day & night. The place was VERY clean, and furniture looked pretty new when we……

“Easy walks to local restaurants. The beach was nice. Enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs/loungers watching the activity on the water and on Sandy Hook’s bay beaches. Centrally located to a variety of things, including taking the Seastreak ferry into Manhattan. Appreciated the available parking for our rental car as grocery stores and such are a bit too far to walk. But it’s worth it to be on the beach. 😀. Thank you Dennis for creating this space.”

“While surprisingly far away from Asbury Park, location turned out great for departure Tuesday morning. Best feature was three bedrooms, so couple could have one room, and each teen could have another. Also great: two bathrooms. Not air conditioned, but fans adequate this late in season, plus close to ocean. Was hard to figure out parking. Having ginger ale as well as water in fridge a nice touch. But no pillow cases on pillows, just shams. Even after we called to inquire, the "welcomer" said he……
