“It’s hard to make a place warm and hospitable yet clean and updated. This inn ticks all the boxes. We spent a night here while visiting friends on the island. The host who showed us to our room explained everything about it and things were well marked. No trying to figure out how things worked. The breakfast included was excellent and thoughtfully prepared. We really enjoyed this place and plan to return. ”

“The suite was comfortable and nice, but very basic. Only 2 K-cups, 2 small towels, tiny bottles of soap, no tissues, and no hand soap. However, it was essentially just what we needed. No luxury, but basic needs were met. One more negative was that the floors didn’t seem vacuumed when we arrived—there were crumbs. Good stay overall, but could do with a couple small improvements.”

“We loved our stay here! The home was lovely, clean and comfortable. We felt so peaceful and relaxed. We saw deer, a bald eagle, a whale and seals during our stay there. It is really something to see a whale swimming less than 50 yards from us while we were on the dock. On the one clear night we were there the night sky was spectacular! We’ve already started planning our next stay. It was so hard to leave. The only hiccup was a storm that took out power for >24 hrs but that’s obviously no one’s……

“My husband and I needed a place to stay as we looked to purchase our next home. Since we were in transition, we needed it to be a bit longer than the usual 1-2 weeks most vacationers want. Holly graciously allowed us a 3 month stay. Holly is so accommodating and friendly. She even shared her garden vegetables with us! If you need anything at all, Holly is easily accessible. “Excellent place to stay, and amenities were well thought through down to the smallest details. Very cozy and close to the areas we wanted to visit. Only thing that kept it from a five star. Overall rating was the size of the bed. Full size is a little cramped for two people. Bed itself is very comfortable though. Would highly recommend this place.”

“This is a beautiful and clean property. There were detailed instructions which we appreciated. This is a first rate property. It is by the golf course but the property is surrounded by trees so we didn’t see the course from the house.
