“Host is an excellent communicator which immediately puts aside any anxiety booking a place in a town that you’ve never visited before. Needed a place for a family of 5 (all adult children) for my mother’s celebration of life. Wanted a place where we could all be together and yet allowed for everyone to have their own space when necessary and this house made that happen. “What a neat place! We loved the mix of old and new and enjoyed everything this property had to offer. It's close to Gettysburg but there were also lots of shops to walk to right in town. (Antiquescafes, winery, etc.)”

There are plenty of places for guests to sleep, a large dining room for group meals, and many spots to park. The home is close to Towson. Winston, LaChell, and James were very responsive and helpful. “The apartment is spotlessly clean and pleasantly decorated. There are extra towels and blankets. The surroundings are beautifully rural and quiet. However, the paper thin walls separating the two apartments make it not so quiet inside. The master bedroom is excellent - quiet and comfortable. The second bedroom is quiet but has an old mattress with depressions that make it unsleepable. The third bedroom with twin beds is comfortable, but it abuts the adjoining apartment, so you can hear snoring……

Loved the front and back porches to sit in the mornings and evenings. The beds were comfy. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We walked in the evening and felt safe. The host was great too. ”
