“Our family and friends enjoyed a relaxing weekend on Lake Gaston. Beautiful views from the home, outdoor space, and dock. The home was clean and the neighborhood was very peaceful! The yard was a fantastic layout for hide-and-seek and capture the flag! ”

“We had a wonderful time during our stay! We enjoyed being out on the water and exploring the different islands Lake Gaston has too ofter. The best part of our stay was hanging out on the amazing screened in porch!!! Whether we were drinking our morning coffee listening to the birds wake up, or smoking dinner on the trager!! We also enjoyed making s’mores and spending quality time with the family around the awesome fire pit! We will definitely be back for another weekend on the lake! Our Host was……

“What a great setting for a multigenerational family gathering! The home was clean and exceedingly well stocked with everything you need for a lake getaway. The dock sits on a quiet cove, perfect for fishing, swimming, paddleboarding, and kayaking, and has cleats to tie a rented boat for longer journeys out to the main lake. Game room and lower level rec room provided variety for evening intertainment. Highly recommend!”

“Everything written about the home is true, and we had a fabulous family reunion spending the weekend there. The grandchildren loved all the kayaks and paddle board for use on the lake, and we had three outstanding fires each evening. The house was very well stocked with everything imaginable too. We had gorgeous weather and rented a pontoon boat on Saturday, so we had a perfect vacation for sure. We would definitely recommend the house to anyone planning a trip to Lake Gaston.”

“Great property and location. Plenty of parking even room for a boat trailer if needed. Nice deck area with a great view, dock area much larger than what pics looked like, awesome bluetooth setup with fridge too. Awesome stay!!”

“We are a group of 9 that were in town for a baseball tournament in Roanoke Rapids. The house was a quick 25 minutes to the ball field. While the rest of the team was crammed around a hotel pool, we were relaxing in the lake. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was spacious to cook and had all necessary supplies and even spices. When our tournament ran late, the owners were super responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“We had a wonderful family vacation at Crickets Cove! The house was updated and spacious for our group. The neighbors within the cove were all super friendly! We enjoyed using the paddle board, kayaks and water pad. The location was great for the 4th of July, as we could watch the fireworks from the yard. The owner responded quickly to my inquiries. ”
