Slainte House is your next beach retreat! Our home boasts vibrant furnishings throughout the spacious interior that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen spaces while each bedroom offers ensuite bathrooms. Our fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need while our balcony offers outdoor seating and ocean views.
Slainte means "health" in Irish Gaelic and is used in place of "cheers" which is why we chose this name. We want you to celebrate your time at our home - Slainte!
BEDROOM INFORMATION:
Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan, TV and views of the beach from the bedroom windows. (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: One full over full bunk bed and one twin over twin bunkbed with ensuite bathroom and TV. (Sleeps 4-6; see bunk weight limits below)
Bedroom 3: King bed with ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan, TV and views of the bay and ocean from the walk out deck. (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 4: One king bed and one trundle daybed with ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan, TV and views of the beach from the walk out deck. (Sleeps 4)
KITCHEN INFORMATION:
Fully stocked kitchen contains plates & bowls (ceramic set & plastic set), cups (glass set & plastic set), cutlery and wine glasses, all serving 14 along with the following items:
Toaster
Blender
Griddle
Crock Pot
Coffee pot: carafe and k-cup
Full set pots & pans
3 glass baking dishes (4x13), (7.5x11.5), (9x12)
4 cookie sheets
1 muffin tin
2 roasting pans (15x11)
Ice cream scoop, vegetable peeler, bottle/wine opener, can opener, pizza cutter, cheese grater, basting brush, cutting boards, miscellaneous spoons & spatulas, mixing bowls, misc. serving trays, grilling utensils, salt & pepper, EVOO, and basic spices.
Upon arrival you will be provided with the following starter kit:
2 kitchen trash bags
1 roll paper towels
1 Kitchen sponge
Dish soap
2 individually wrapped 12 cup coffee packets (filters also provided)
2 detergent pods
1 roll toilet paper in each bathroom
Hand soap in each bathroom
Cleaning supplies: vacuum, broom & dustpan, and basic cleaning sprays
Fresh linens (1 set of bed linens per bed, 1 set of towels per guest, 1 beach towel per guest)
ADDITIONALL INFORMATION:
* 2nd row home with shared beach access located steps from our door.
* Pack-n-Play Crib & highchair located in closet off living room - sheets NOT provided.
* White cabinet contains cards, games, coloring books and kids' books for use during your stay.
* Charcoal grill - Provide your own charcoal and lighter fluid.
* Wagon, sand toys, sunshade with weights and chairs located in the garage.
* TVs are smart TVs for you to log into your apps
* High speed WIFI
* Picnic table on ground level and front deck
* Solar cafe lights on main deck
* Water for home is well & septic. While we do have a filter for the entire house and an additional filter for the kitchen sink, we suggest bottled water & bagged ice for drinking.
* We spray for mosquitos every 3 weeks, and a spray may take place during your stay. We will do our best to notify you prior to any service.
*Bunk beds to be used at your own risk. Weight capacity from manufacturer for bunk beds: Full/full bunk: 300 lb. max top; Twin/twin bunk: 200 lb. max top
** Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event an item is damaged/broken/lost the host will restock as soon as possible.
