Surfside is your simple relaxing sandy beach, water sporting, surfing, fishing and crabbing vacation destination.

We ensure our homes are fully and professionally cleaned after each guest stay guaranteeing your stay is nothing short of spectacular. In addition, all of our homes feature luxury hotel-quality/high thread count on all sheets, bedding, and bath towels. When you rent a 979 VPS home, you'll also receive the 'comforts of home' welcome starter supply of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, tp and paper towels, dishwasher and clothes washer pods. We want your stay to be as easy as you do, and we make every effort to delight.
DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs considered, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee ($125 for 1 dog, extra $75 for 2) per stay.
WIFI/TV SERVICE:
Our properties include WIFI/Internet and TV service for your streaming services. Due to our location (Island living is a whole other way of life), service may be unpredictable or spotty, and repair times can be delayed. While we will do everything we can to ensure these items are in good working order before your arrival, please note, these services may not be as consistent as they are in your area. So grab your favorite people, ditch the electronics, and spend the day at our beautiful beaches!
979 VACATION PROPERTY SERVICES:
All 979 Vacation Property Services rental home follow local and state tax rules. Reservations may be booked up to 365 days in advance of check-in. Please send inquiry and details if your stay is more than a year out as rates and availability may not be updated. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1,000,000 liability protection and $10,000 damage insurance - No Security Deposit Required!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For any new reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations.
After that, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less the booking fee.
Reservations made on 3rd party channels such as Airbnb, VRBO, TripAdvisor, etc may be subject to their terms and conditions which may be different than 979's. Please reference the site where you originally reserved your stay.
*NOTE: Absolutely No Prom, Graduation or other large (more than the max occupancy) parties/events permitted. Max # house sleeps (occupancy) = max # of Guests allowed on property at any time. Thank you.
