● Beach Access: The Treasure Island beach access point is a 2-3 minute walk from the home, and there’s excellent fishing at San Luis Pass— about a minute drive away.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

Edgewater Bungalow is about a 2-3 minute walk away from the Treasure Island Beach community access point. For the fishing fanatics in your family, the San Luis Pass is about a minute drive and has some of the best fishing on the Texas coast.
