The house has a terrible smell. It was so bad we could not stand to stay the night and asked to be moved. The house needs work.

Perfect for beach bums

Amazing views off the deck. Interior was small but clean and everything we needed was provided. Very close access and views to pedestrian beach and Jetty were exactly what we needed for a quiet relaxing beach weekend. My spouse and I took the large bedroom and my teen daughter and her friend had the other room with the bunk beds.

An okay stay

This property is in a great location. It’s a block away from the pedestrian beach and next to the jetty park. It is small but just big enough for a small family. However, the house has an odor. The minute you walk inside it smells like mildew. The first few minutes of being there we encountered a roach, and moving the loveseat to kill it we found a paper plate with mouse droppings. We never saw a mouse but there were mouse droppings in a few places. We did not make a fuss about it or let it ruin our stay. We were cautious however, in having groceries on the counter just in case. In conclusion it’s not a bad house but needs some maintenance, and attention to details. We made the best of our vacation and the location that we were in, but I don’t think we would stay here again.

Not so much for younger children

Great place to stay. Close walk to the beach. Great dishes available, not any pans for baking or a steamer but we made it work. My kids are used to using a table for eating and having a 1 year old made that hard to have our meals without having a table. If they had even a small 4 seat table it would have been the most perfect place!!! The grill needs either extra cleaned and repaired or just replaced as it wouldn't start. I just got a small charcoal grill to use and worked out just fine for us! We made it work even with the small inconveniences we had. Thanks for a good stay!

Great location

Great get-away location -- close to the coast and in a fun town. Our grand-daughter enjoyed the local splash pad park. Dishes and pots/pans looked brand new. Great communication with owners and rental agency too. Biggest disappointment: there was a $110 cleaning fee, but then asked that the floors be swept and damped mopped (note: no dust-pan was available). All dishes washed and put away(no dishwasher). All linens had to be stripped from beds and put in a duffle bag; all surfaces had to be wiped down. Not sure what we were charged the $110 cleaning fee for. Other than the fees, everything else was great.
