“Apartment was very clean, good location, and owner was easy to communicate with. My only suggestion would be a more comfortable couch. Other than that, i have no complaints. ”

It was so nice at night because the little lights all came on & we lit the gas flame burner. We could easily walk to all the shops in town. It was very quiet in the evenings. It was safe for our little guy who was 18 months old.”

“There were 6 of us on a girls trip. This property was wonderful and just as described. The host was very helpful with suggestions on where to eat and other events in the area. There is one dedicated parking spot for each unit. It is located in downtown Nashville where you can walk to all the shops and restaurants. We all had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property and the hosts were the best. ”

“Our host Cole was very responsive and even let us stay a little beyond checkout time, which was really nice! However, the beds were pretty much like sleeping on a table and quite possibly the most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. The price for staying was high for the cheapness of the uncomfortable and sparse furnishings. Only 2 stools at the kitchen counter and one mid-size couch and chair in the living space. We had to keep dragging the desk chairs, which were also not real comfortable,……
