“A delightful place to stay with lovely staff. It was peaceful and in beautiful surroundings. The view of the piton from the path going up the hill at the back of the hotel was just stunning. I loved sitting at the bar trying the delicious cocktails and the food in the restaurant was great too. I felt really well looked after. Thank you to the hotel team.”

“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”

“The Bel Jou Hotel was clean with two very nice pools. The gym was okay but I would suggest better spinning bikes. Breakfast was amazing and dinner at the Hummingbird was fabulous. What really makes the Bel Jou a great hotel to stay at is the exceptional service from the staff. Princess and Keisha are two staff members who are outstanding. “We stayed 4 nights at La Haut and it was simply wonderful. So private and quiet, the plantation style buildings and main house are beautiful, but the grounds and views are exquisite. All staff were helpful and friendly. The infinity pool was lovely, with panoramic vistas that are just breathtaking! The restaurant on the property was also very good. “I stayed at the upper house. I was the only person there other than host (this is someone's home). It is a beautiful property part way up the hill with a fantastic view of the sunset and of the Pitons in the distance. It is very quiet there for a good night's sleep. I really needed a break at the time and this was the perfect place for it. I walked up 30 minutes to the observatory at the top of the hill for a beautiful view of the southern part of St. Lucia.
