“Bei Ankunft gab es zuerst Probleme mit dem einchecken, da es scheinbar ein Anwesenheitsproblem auf Seiten des Housekeeping gab. Aber Mitarbeiterin Sabrina an der Reception hat unglaubliches geleistet um die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. Outstanding !!!! Sie hat Reservierungen hin und her geshiftet, so dass wer schon da war auch ein Zimmer bekam. In unserem Fall hat sie sogar einen Gast angerufen, der sich noch auf der Autobahn befand und ls sich heraus stellte, dass er noch 2 Std zu fahren hatte,……

“this is one of the worst hotels i have ever booked. price/value is not there. the receptionist was rude and when I want to borrow the kettle (they don't keep one in the room), waited for an hour, then he said he is busy. the housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning the room, this hotel only have breakfast served. overall, a big disappointment, never again, I will stay at Fourside”

“We had a nice stay at the hotel. Location is great. It’s right next to the train station and Flix Bus stop. Breakfast is very good. However, one elevator (total 2) wasn’t working for 2 days out of the 3 days during our stay. Guests had to walk up and down stairs. I did inform the front desk staff that our room phone is not working on the very first day we checked in but they didn’t really care and never bother to fix it. It will be nice if some front desk staff could be more patient and friendly……
