“Sehr gutes Hotel für den Besuch des Europaparks. Zimmer sind zwar eher minimalistisch aber stylish eingerichtet und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber.”

“We had a nice stay at the hotel. Location is great. It’s right next to the train station and Flix Bus stop. Breakfast is very good. However, one elevator (total 2) wasn’t working for 2 days out of the 3 days during our stay. Guests had to walk up and down stairs. I did inform the front desk staff that our room phone is not working on the very first day we checked in but they didn’t really care and never bother to fix it. It will be nice if some front desk staff could be more patient and friendly……
