Le village est magnifique, plein de charme et idéal pour un séjour au calme tout en étant proche des activités de la région.La communication avec Isabelle et Matthieu a été parfaite, que ce soit pour le check-in, le check-out ou les informations pratiques pour notre séjour. Tout était clair et bien organisé, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable.Nous recommandons vivement cette location.”

“Over the years we have rented many vacation homes, and this is easily the nicest, best located apartment we've found! Right in the heart of Old Town Annecy, we could walk to everything we wanted (e.g., fresh pastries, ice cream, shops, and restaurants). And the in-unit laundry, dishwasher, and three bedrooms made a week-long stay for our group of 5 was very comfortable. “We were really happy with the stay at Sylvie’s Chalet in Les Praz. An easy walk to the gondola to access La Flégère ski area, and only a short drive to Argentiere and the Grands Montets. The chalet was two stories with two bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor. The second floor had a nice kitchen, dining area, and living room area, plus an amazing deck with unobstructed views on Mont Blanc and Les Drus.Sylvie was an excellent host - very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend……
