From the moment you arrive, you feel like you are staying with close friends or family. Charming staff, excellent breakfast and lunch items, and an excellent array of beverages, including liquor, beer, and wine, all at no additional charge. The rooms are wonderfully appointed and clean. We will definitely return to Casa Polanco on our next trip to Mexico City.”

“Me encanto! Fue un viaje familiar, la pasamos muy bonito. El depa muy cómodo, pedimos supermercado por ubereats llegó rápidamente. “Super cute boutique hotel in a great part of Mexico City! Quiet but still close to everything you want to see. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in CDMX!”

“Everything was excellent but I have some comments: 1- there was sewer smell in the bathroom a couple of times. Once, quite strong 2- one of the days of my stay I did not get the hand towels nor the face towels 3- when I got the room the first day, the room had been sprayed with a strong fragrance. It’s like a “green fig” scent. Not unpleasant but I could see people disliking it. But, it did leave oily spots on the floor and the wood floors and bathroom tiles were quite slippery. I almost……
