“Stayed here for the music festival, with friends from out of state who actually own/operate VRBO property. Good location. 15min Uber drive from Lamar Dixon. Cleaning issues previously stated in other reviews NOT an issue. 4.5 for check in because all the check in details (passcode and wifi info) were different than received by app communications, but Rosevelt was very quick to reply and remedied immediately. “Good location. It was more quient than expected because it is across the road from a school so I figured there would be alot fo traffic noise but there wasn't. House was very clean and well maintained. ”

“Not knowing much about the property, how long the current owner has had it and how recent the renovations have been make it tough and I don’t want to be nitpicky. Overall stay was nice. The house is a nice house. The beds are comfortable. You have the amenities necessary to take care of people, good impression and over experience”
