“The cabin was absolutely beautiful and everything was extremely well stocked and kept. The property was fantastic for a weekend escape. We especially enjoyed the fire pit, fireplace and the trails. Check in was easy and simple. The information provided by the host was thorough. We will absolutely be back. ”

“Maeystown is a cute LITTLE town, and the house is well maintained. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was that the listing said there was a hot tub (which is why I booked the house since I was driving seven hours to get there), but there was no hot tub on site. I could see where it used to be, but it should really be removed from the listing.”

“My family and I enjoyed a relaxing, quiet stay at this corner property. Filled with the sounds of nature and God's creation all around. From cows, to birds, to deer taking drink from the pond. Lovely! Rocking chairs on the front porch were great! My kids especially enjoyed the hot tub each morning with the sunrise. “Secluded and cozy. Bring some washcloths and soap. Shower was fun, a first, but fun. Bunk beds made the couples retreat activities.....interesting.”

“Everything was perfect (except for the weather at check-in!). The location is wonderful, we loved the bathroom/showers and greenhouse where we could hang and eat and admire Benka's plants! (So many orchids!). Keith was an awesome host filling us in on everything - even the surrounding area. The walking paths are beautiful and serine. The additional 5 canine hosts were adorable and Mici I'm so sorry you didn't spend at least one night with us! I wish we would have been able to stay longer……

“This is the perfect place for a girl’s trip or family getaway! The property is gorgeous with lots of room for outdoor activities. If the weather doesn’t permit, the house is spacious and filled with activities such as board games, instruments if your family or friends are musically inclined, books, and television. The check in and checkout process was smooth, and the host was very responsive when we had questions. We left with all 11 in our group wanting to return each year to this perfect……

They even had all the makings for s’mores and extra mini candy bars and homemade pecan pie muffins, which were wonderful! The cow theme was super cute! Everything was comfy and clean. We would definitely stay there again if we are ever on the east side of Missouri. ”
