The freezer could have been cleaner and lack of local stations made following weather and watching football games tough. The internet is not great.... “My friends and I spent a week at the Blackberry Cottage in April 2025. The cabin is super comfortable and located to so many great WV destinations. This is the second time we stayed at this particular cabin. Just like the previous time, the cabin was spotless when we arrived and exactly as advertised. The property manager is amazing. When the internet connection dropped, we contacted her and she called within minutes with a solution. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly be coming back.”

If you've never visited before, I recommend arriving before they close. if you can't arrive before 5pm, I recommend you confirm exact directions to where you are staying. The directions given are to the general property and the property is really big. So unless you know exactly where you are going, you will get lost. Don't be like me and make certain you know exactly where on the property you will be staying. It is worth it. ”
