Newly remodeled home in the heart of Tower District.
Located in a welcoming residential neighborhood. Head to Fresno's Chaffee Zoo with the kids or take them to the Aerozone Trampoline Park.

*Lots of shops along E Olive Ave 5min drive.
*Fresno's well known Sequoia Brewing Company, Peach Pit, and Roger Rocka's Dinner Theater.
*Hop on 41 for a 1-hr drive to Shaver Lake or 1.5-hr Yosemite or Sequoia or King Canyon National Park.
Fully remodeled 3 bed 2 bath ~1150 sq ft house comfortably sleeps 10.

The property is close to train tracks which can cause noise during the night. This is typical for ALL Tower District Properties. We have equipped each room with white noise makers. Disposable ear plugs can be supplied upon request. The windows are also new double pane.
The laundry room may be accessed by our cleaner when the back unit is being cleaned. This area is in the back of the house, separated from the main living areas, and has a separate entrance to not disturb your stay. We will also notify you if this is needed.
Smart doorbell (with motion detection) as well as external security camera system for security purposes.
Guests have full access to the home - our home is comfortable and we hope you enjoy your stay! There is an additional 1 bedroom unit in the back that can be booked for ultimate privacy. There may be guests coming through the driveway to get to the back unit.
Parking is in the driveway as well as free street parking. The driveway is on the right side of the property and there is a car port with garage door for 1 covered parking spot. You can also fit 2 more cars in the actual driveway. All of them are lined up behind each other.
If anything is missed and you suspect it isn't fulfilling expectations, please kindly reach out to us. We will attempt to bring it to you within your stay.
Do not block the fire hydrant or the neighbor's driveway.
SAME DAY BOOKINGS:
Please note that check-in is any time after 7 pm (For same day check-ins, our handymen, pest control, other utility service workers, and cleaners may be working on the property and need enough time to prepare the property), if the property is ready before 7 pm, we would let you know.
By booking through this platform with us, you agree to allow a third party insurance agency to verify your identity and conduct a routine criminal background check to confirm the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
We have a 24/7 contact team during your stay that can be reached via VRBO app/text/call.
We would be grateful if you are treating our home like yours! Here are our steps that we’d do for your home and if you think anything is unreasonable please let us know as we collect and review this feedback with intentional thought!
• The check-out time is by 11:00 AM unless late check-out has been requested and agreed.
• Please load all dishes and start the dishwasher (if one is available)and hand-wash any excess dishes.
• Please throw away all trash and remove unused food from the fridge.
◦ If you have extra time, please put all trash in the garbage bins outside.
• Please turn the thermostat AC up to 89 and Heat down to 55 (especially in summer and winter months)
• Put the house manual, house key (if used), and garage key/remote (if applicable) back in the location where it was found.
• Lock all entry/exit doors.
• Please message us once you have left the property.
