I came late the first night and notice that the toilet was not properly flushing, but it was already late so I went to sleep. Early next morning (6:30am) I went to the front desk and requested that this was fixed.
When I came back later that day (7pm), I found out that the toilet was still not working and that the room had not been made.
The sad part is that when I checked again with the front desk they lied to me and said that had gone to the room but were unable to fix it. I know this is a lie, since I intentionally left 2 pieces of toilet paper in the toilet (the toilet was clean) to see if they went to the room. Also after my complaint they sent a Lady that fixed the toilet in less than 5 minutes.
The second day, I made sure to request that they made my room, I did the request at 6am in the morning, when I came back at 5pm, the room was still not done and they commented that this was just their usual timing for doing all the rooms.
The staff was friendly and polite, but I do not like being lied to and having a bad service
