The floors were extremely dirty and when I talked to staff about it, he seemed like he didn’t care at all, he’s response was “I look in to it” and that’s it he dismissed me, he did not want to look at the pictures I took. The costumer service is not the same, I’ve been making reservations here for a while and today was a very bad experience, and I will not stay at this hotel anymore on my trips to Fresno.

⸻ I had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. We paid for a night of rest, but instead found excessive noise, parties in the rooms, and complete disorder. In the room next door, there were too many people, loud, and alcohol consumption all night long. We called reception multiple times and never received an answer. It’s clear there is no control or interest in providing a peaceful environment for guests. This place might be suitable for those looking to party, but if you are hoping to rest, I highly recommend staying elsewhere.
