Family vacation
Beautiful home. Beautiful location. Fully furnished and extremely clean. All the amenities included as listed. Zero problems at all during the whole 6 days. The photos do not do this property any justice. Beautifully clean and well maintained home. Would love to stay again every time I'm in town.

Exactly as pictured!
My family of five stayed here for four nights. It’s exactly like pictured. Very spacious and the bedrooms are huge. The house was clean and well maintained. My kids enjoyed the pool very much. Entry and check out was very easy. Communication was 5/5z Overall, this was a great stay for us. The only reason I did not give this a 5 star review is that we were greeted with a “sewer roach” that scared us for the night. We didn’t see anymore inside after that one. Also, the hot water was a hit or miss which made showering very inconvenient and difficult. I would stay again if the hot water was not an issue.

Place was not maintained. No utensils. No towels. (Towels were actually washed and left in washing machine) . No hot water idurung my stay. Table leg was falling off. Ice maker/water dispenser didn't work. Host was not available and did not make repairs. Essentially anything that was broken or not provided stayed that way. He promised to come over (for repairs) several times but then didn't. Neighborhood was not that great....cat got broken into. Not the hosts fault but a garage is part of the house but full of garbage. Highly recommend against staying at this place until hosts decides to act responsible. I'm so upset that after spending $2000 that I might have to sue him for the poor experience.

Heads up for kids
Minus the safety concerns, cleanliness and lack of sustainable hot water, the house was great. I rented the house for 4 days with 3 adults, 5 kids and 2 infants. We contacted the owner and he did have very quick acknowledgment of our concerns but did nothing about them. Things you should know: 1. There are no smoke alarms or carbon monoxide detectors anywhere in the house. 2. The stove top burners would not light but you could smell the gas. 3. There are live and dead cockroaches in and around the house, in the door frames, by the pool, in the dining room, laundry room. 4. The pool railing was broken and propped next to the fence. Leaving two decent size holes in the concrete and no safe way for the kids to get in and out of the pool. 5. The pool chemicals were not locked up but on a shelf with a door that was broken and off it’s hinge. Held together by a bungee cord. 6. There is a “propane” bbq, however there are no burners for the flames. It’s just the bottom tray with cigarette butts and grill grate. Even if you brought or bought a propane tank there would be no way to use it. 7. There are cigarettes along the baseboards in the living room. 8. The house advertises accommodating up to 10 people, however we couldn’t get through more then one shower with hot water. The master bathroom hot water lasted about 3-5 mins and then would not get hot again. The other bathroom would have hot water, however we would have to run the sink water to get the shower warm again. 9. Just be cautious that the TV is resting on the hearth of the fireplace and not secured. 10. There are no pool towels and not enough bath towels for 10 people. 11. The water and ice dispenser in the fridge are broken. The ice maker does make ice but we used a cup to get it out and bought bottled water. Some positives for sure: The pool was nice. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and very safe. Location was close to quick amenities: Walmart (we bought extra towels), Starbucks and food options. There was keurig coffee maker Check in and check out were easy. The rooms were big The A/C worked well There was a fence around the pool

Perfect for our needs
The house was clean, the owner was very responsive and the neighborhood was quiet. We didn't have a chance to use the pool, but it looked very nice and the backyard was larger than I expected.
