“Everything about the red room was classic. A bio of the person whom the room was named after, "The Hamilton Room." Picture a perfect view out of the window and access to a cozy courtyard on the "o" floor. Lots of reading material that invites you to chill and read in comfortable chairs. The main bus stop for Calais is within view of the front door and the classic theatre building with three venues inside is literally across the street.”

“Had a very lovely stay, the hotel was clean and quiet and very pleasant overall We didn’t sample the restaurant next door but it appeared to be of a high standard, the nearby campsite bar was most acceptable though, decent drink selection for very reasonable prices. Would happily visit again.”

“Keep your curtain close or otherwise there will be tonnes of flies. The environment was neat and tidy and it was very near to a supermarket. However, the television indication light was EXTREMELY disturbing. It was bright and blue and shined through the night when all light was off. Have to cover it with a towel.”
