“Absolutely stunning views of the ocean and just lovely accommodation! Bed was really comfy and the heating kept us really cosy! We loved it here an wished we had a longer stay! Freycinet Holiday people were really great to deal with for our stay, fantastic experience all around! 😊”

“絕美的景色，超大空間。房子乾淨企理，有齊全的廚具，有兩部洗碗碟機，有洗衣機（無乾衣），浴室的暖燈。注1）設備齊全，門口有空位泊車，要經屋後的路進入，不是門前的路。不過記得早一點到，天黑好難搵揸車泊位條路。注2）Email有password,預訂的朋友記得check email 因為要係門口的key lock打password先拎到鎖鑰。注3）大部分餐廳超市1730左右關門，晚上入住的晚必須自備食物，附近只有山和草，最近的超市也須駕車15分鐘。”

“This property wasn’t what we expected based on the online post - it feels like two houses stuck together - would be a wonderful place for families to stay, a kids hide n seek heaven - but not a friends hang out delight. Felt old, pokey, and a bit odd. But it did have all the rooms and beds it promised !”

“Perfect property. Perfect Location. Everything we needed was supplied. Maybe a couple of extra firelighters and kindling but we managed. So clean and new. Close to beach, jetty, shops and Freycinet NP. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay at Coles Bay”

“I booked this for our group of 4 mainly for its roominess but also the stunning view. The home really does look like the photos- which I appreciate. There is plenty of room to spread out and it is very comfortable. We loved having the beach right there. Small niggle wiuld be cleanliness regarding bugs- could be vacuumed better around the ceilings of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Overall worth the price”

“House was good. Letting agency came across poorly. Request for slightly late checkout was rejected out of hand - they said the house was let that same night and they needed to clean, but online booking showed house was NOT rented and Coles Bay was dead as a doornail while we were ther with most houses dark at night so the cleaning staff were certainly not busy. If you Google them you will find they refused refunds during COVID.”

Great hotel manager.

"Great location, very near to the restaurants, balcony overlooking the beach. Most importantly the manager was the most caring and helpful hotel manager we have encountered in our many years of traveling. Because our own mistake, our itinerary was off by one day, which affected our hotel arrangements. She was very understanding and graciously offered accommodation, and even helped to contact the next hotel in our itinerary for new arrangement. Before getting off duty, she came to our room to ensure we were fine with everything. "
