“Check in was easy with detailed instructions. ( appreciated that). We had 11 adults 55 to 65 plus 1 83yr old. The kitchen and dining was fantastic. All of our cooking needs was accommodated. It was a delight that not only did the home sleep 11 it was accommodating for serving 11 with proper dining for 11 plus. The home is very clean, very accommodating and represents its self well. Impressive water preassure along with no lack of hot water. Yay!!! The wraparound deck with veiw, stunning. We had……

“Cottage was as described except the bushes in the back yard have grown so the lawn is in the shade most of the day and you can only see the small part of the lagoon shown in the photo unless you walk down to the gate that says private property (to nextdoor), from where you can see the rest of the lagoon and the toilet blocks next to the ramp that the Sea Quest bioluminescence kayakers launch from. Yard was too cool to sit out in in the evenings in mid July, as no fires allowed, but the location……

“Back in the ‘80s there was a real estate phrase that was used to explain a properties value:“It’s the view stupid”And that my friends is the priceless quality of this house, everything else is just the frosting.The decor is a treat unto itself and its tasteful palette of colors did a perfect job of connecting the inside to the out.It was a lovely quiet except for the gun shot tail slaps of the seals frolicking below the deck ( miles and miles of decks)Clean, great beds. Totally a wonderful……

“Wonderful secluded spot with lots of area for the kids to play outside. Inside is very nicely set up with all of the essentials provided. Hot tub was nice and the blackberry bushes were full and ripe! Hot water heater had plenty of capacity for showers running in both bathrooms for at least an hour which was a very pleasant surprise. Perfect spot for families with kids or larger groups. ”

“We were very happy with this property. I was charmed by the transparency in the property's description of the orange counters and the narrow staircase, and hopeful when I read the reviews mentioning the wildlife spotted from the deck. One reviewer complained about the smell, which worried me a bit. There IS a distinctive smell, but it just made us think of going to our grandparents' cabins as children. I think it's just a smell to be expected in any old, wooden cabin. It wasn't offputting to us……

“We enjoyed our stay in this studio room (ADU). Hosts are friendly and helpful, the space was perfect for us. The room is very well laid out with attention to small details. Sitting on the deck in the evening and the hosts suggestion to spend a few hours at Sunset Beach using their beach chairs were the highlights. Also a nice walk to the Preserve for a stroll.
