“The ambiance was beautiful. The place was extremely clean and the room/suite was huge. The staff in both the grill and the restaurant were very polite, and meals were served in a timely manner. Was delicious also. My disappointment. I returned the key after our stay and the receptionist did not even ask how way your stay, did you like the facility, can we count on you staying here if you return to the country? “This is the second time I have stayed. Most of the staff I recognise from my last stay. Plus some new staff. Staff old and new are excellent. Very polite fun to talk to. Made my stay a home from home. Food was lovely cocktails brilliant. Rooms cleaned to a high standard everyday. The only thing I would advise is a change of menu during the week. Other than that I have no criticism. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. ”

“Stayed here in April /25 myself and my three children we had an amazing time. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we did not get to dine in the restaurant, but I must say the café makes some of the best caramel iced coffee that I have ever had . My only complaint or suggestion would be having refrigerators in the rooms being in such a hot country. I think it would be easier for travelers rather then always having to buy cold drinks from convenience stores Otherwise great……

“Third time staying here. I think it is the best value for the money in the Villa stretch. Again, I would double check on the beds available in the room booked. This one was listed as two twins and I asked if it could be put together into a King and they said it was already a King. The expedia website is frequently wrong in their listings of beds. Having Carib Beans behind the hotel is a big plus. Also, the hotel has started handing out 10% coupons to Carib Beans if you stay there. ”
