“The Oaks is in an absolutely perfect location and checks all the boxes a large family needs for a stay. We booked it for our wedding at the AYC for close family and it was far superior to booking 6 hotel rooms where everyone would have been locked in their own rooms. They hung out and spent a great time together on the main level. It was nice to be at a historic home with all the fun quirks. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend! ”

“Updated interior townhouse style in quiet neighborhood. Easy access to highways/shops/restaurants/activities. Able to have relaxing breakfast before leaving for the day. We were able to spread out and not feel "on top of each other" like in a hotel room. Utilized the side parking rather than street parking. ”

“We had the best time! I rented this house for my friends that came into town for my bridal shower and it was in the most perfect spot! Open floor plan on the first floor and a huge kitchen so it was such a great space to entertain after. Sean was super responsive and answered my call right away when I had a minor issue getting in the house with the key pad and fixed it in 2 seconds! 10/10 experience, would definitely rent again! ”
