“The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. “The hotel had the feel of a small hotel although it had a large number of rooms. It was very convenient for Ostermalmtorg Tunnelbahn station, and we even walked from Centralen on the day we arrived. “wonderful location of the hotel. breakfast was fine. The position of the air-conditioner in the penthouse is right above the head on the left and somehow it had some strange noise. Had to sleep with the air-con off for several nights. Fortunately it was not too hot. Great location

"The hotel is very conveniently located, right next to the central station, and there are many different restaurants nearby. However, the room windows are very close to the road, making it quite noisy. Housekeeping service was average, as the staff did not replace our towels during cleaning."
