This cozy two bedroom/one bath unit is a short walk from Frisco’s Main Street and offers its guests a wood-burning fireplace for those chilly winter nights. Enjoy the full kitchen and cozy furnishings during your stay. There is WiFi available throughout the home as well as a washer/dryer. Ore House 8 provides everything you’ll need for the perfect mountain getaway!

What’s nearby:
This home is located on the south end of Frisco, centrally located in Summit County and minutes away from Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain Ski Resort. It is just a short drive from the Frisco Marina, the Frisco Adventure Park and the Frisco Bike Park. For hikers, access the nearby Lily Pad Lake Trailhead. Dine at local favorites such as Log Cabin Cafe for comfort food or Butterhorn Bakery for an excellent brunch.

Ski shuttle details: Summit Stage offers free public bus service throughout Summit county, Colorado, with service to ski areas, lodging, downtown areas, shopping, medical centers and some residential areas. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). St. Louis Hikers out for some peak bagging

Good overall. Space, Location , and Ammenities were all as described and expected.Few things were broken, missing or not working.Smoke detector was beeping when we walked in...low battery. Light in the refrigerator was not working, and the towel hangers in the bathroom were missing. Othere than those we had wverything for a comfortable stay.

If you like heat & security, don’t stay here.

This place is great, except the heat was broken, and we couldn’t lock the door. This is a vacasa property, and while their service bot was very responsive, nothing actually got fixed during our stay which made for a terrible experience. with this ma

House was in a great location. Fairly clean however experienced allergy issues, thinking a deep cleaning may be needed. Rugs should be thrown out and couch cleaned or replaced. Kitchen was well stocked. Responsiveness from VACASA non existent. Have rented from them 2/4 times visiting the Frisco area and would choose a private owner. More responsive and cleaner properties.

Nice Location and Place

Overall a wonderful stay. Nice place, well-stocked, great location, good parking spots. The only challenge was the comfort and construction of the beds in our opinion. The bunk beds shift a lot with two people in them, and the queen was uncomfortable and very squeaky. Otherwise really great stay.

LOVED this place!!!

First of all, the kitchen was very well stocked. All of the common spices were there too. We spent a long thanksgiving weekend here with 2 boys ages 3 and 5. Turkey trot went right by and we joined for a little! We got to walk downtown since it was so close. It’s also very kid friendly. Boys loved the bunk beds and comfy couches. My husband and I really appreciated the trails right outside the door- since we’re both trail runners with limited time since we have the kids. We also were able to cut down an Xmas tree with a permit in white river national Forrest. The boys LOVED the historic park plus the Xmas tree lighting, fireworks, and Santa visit. We also spent 2 days tubing! We will definitely be back. Thanks for such a great experience.

Nicely appointed, clean and so close to town. Excellent communication and it was easy to check in and check out. Highly recommend.

Cozy and well stocked

Super convenient and cozy. Well stocked kitchen. Loved the books and games. The stairs were a challenge for us sea-dwellers, but we expected that. We had a bit of difficulty with the toilet the first day. Coincidentally the property manager had guys on site on Sunday. They tried to help, but ultimately it required a bigger fix than what they could manage and had to be resolved on Monday. The property manager was responsive to my after hours call on Sunday, when I let them know the on site guys couldn’t fix it. One other comment-the mattresses could use replacement. We were wiped from skiing, so wasn’t a huge deal. But I love a good heavenly bed.
