"退房时酒店前台说多收了69欧元的房款，答应将此款退到我的信用卡，但至今已过去二个月，我仍然没有收到酒店的退款，向他们索要银行汇款单，说是他们没有任何银行凭证，请HOTELS帮我解决此事。"
