“Gorgeous place. Enjoyed a moonlit night with a campfire. There IS a shower (note on VRBO indicates no shower); shower is just not located IN the wagon. Accessibility: Must climb a 3 step ladder to enter wagon so could be a challenge for some. Less than 20 mins to restaurants. Host, Tim was very congenial. Unique experience, would recommend.”

This is a new listing so I provided some suggestions that could enhance it even more, but we loved it and would stay here again when we're in the area in the future.”

“This property is simply breathtaking! It is located on a beautiful piece of property which is somewhat remote. The house is wonderfully equipped with everything you would need. It gives the feel of a warm, personal cabin with a welcoming vibe! We were able to see the Milky Way by walking out on the back deck at night as it was so dark. It is wonderfully located to explore Capital Reef and the surrounding areas. We happened to meet the hostess upon arriving who was very accommodating and……

“The location was great for a base. The place has everything you could want/need. Bed was super comfortable and everything was wonderful. Just a suggestion, have an extra blanket or 2 in the living room(s) to snuggle into the comfy furniture. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom needs to be fixed. We couldnt use it and sleep. It may be out of balance, it kept thumping once it got up to speed. Lastly and this wasnt something that freaked us out, but.... There were a lot of living and dead……
